RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Position: Accountant
Direct line manager: Chief Accountant
Specific responsibilities
1 – Cash and bank payments: - Check cash and bank payments for compliance with company and tax regulations.
- Prepare bank transfers and send to Banks.
- Input in Accounting system, file and provide information on history of payments as requested.
- Reconcile petty cash and banks.
2 - Fixed Assets - Control Fixed Assets List
- Run depreciation & reconciliation by the end of each month.
- Physical count of F/A at EOY.
3 – Others - Prepare reports as instructed by CA
- Other accounting tasks as assigned by C.A.
Qualification and Experience Requirements :
- University graduated in Finance & Accounting.
- 1 year experience in accountant position.
- Experienced in tax reports/ insurance accounting is a plus.
- Good in English, excel & accounting software.
- High sense of cooperation & responsibility.
